1.   State specific problems and repairs requested.

2.   Include the name and telephone number of the person we should contact if we have any questions.

3.   Specify if you want the tool to be repaired under warranty.  However, if a tool is not covered under warranty or is found to be o.k., a minimum labor fee of 1/2 hr. must be charged and for which you will be responsible to cover our time.

4.   All warranty repairs must be accompanied by a copy of the bill of sale and detailed information as to the problem with the tool before the repair is done.

5.   Estimates :   In an effort to better serve our customers and to repair tools as quickly as possible, we do not do estimates  because it is next to impossible to know the exact problems until the tool is rebuilt and tested. However, we will call with a price if the tool repair cost is very high for that model tool. If an estimate is accepted at the time of the call, the tool will be repaired and sent right out. If you do not want the tool repaired there will be a minimum fee and the tool will be sent back unassembled.

6.   If a tool arrives with any safety features missing, they must be installed before the tool leaves the premises.  We cannot release a tool without appropriate safety features working properly, such as guards, frayed cords, cords without proper grounds, etc.  If you do not wish to purchase these items, be sure they are on the tool when it is dropped off or sent in.

7.   If the tool has a nail-related problem, include the nails used when sending in the tool.

For Impulse tools, be sure to send the necessary fuel and battery.

For battery drills please send battery.

8.   If a pneumatic tool is received for service with no fitting to attach it to the air hose, one will be installed to test the gun and it will be billed to you.  If you do not wish to purchase this fitting, it must be included on the tool when sending it in for service.

9.   We  cannot be responsible for tools left here over 30 days after repair.

10. Minimum 1/2 hr. labor charge.
