ORDER INFORMATION

In a continuing effort to best serve you please observe the following guidelines and policies

·        FAX us your orders if you have a FAX machine.  A toll free 24-hour FAX line is available for your convenience: 1-800-659-3914. 

·        We will normally ship orders within 24 hours if items are in stock. 

·        Have your account number and purchase order numbers written on your FAX or ready when placing an order. 

·        Orders must meet a $5.00 minimum.  Discounts are subject to payment terms and minimum orders of $25.00. 

·        Overdue accounts will automatically be placed on HOLD or made CREDIT CARD until account status is current.  Reminder calls will no longer be made.

·        There will be a $45.00 charge for any checks returned because of insufficient funds. 

·        Enclose your payment stub from your statement when paying from statements thus eliminating errors in applying payments. 

·        If you are tax exempt, be certain we have an updated certificate on file for you. 

·        Know the part numbers and descriptions of the parts you are ordering.

·        If you ask us to research part numbers, we will try to help you, however, we will not be held responsible for any errors.  We also do not expect to do this on a regular basis for a wholesale account. 

·        You can obtain catalogs and schematics from the various manufacturers or log onto www.foxborotool.com where you will find links to the various vendors we service.  

·        Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an authorization number (RMA).  Be sure to have the invoice number in question available when requesting an RMA#.  All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee as well as any freight charges incurred. Returns must be made within 30 days from purchase date.

·        There will be a $5.00 charge added to all orders to be dropped shipped.
